After a lot of we browsing and going through a lot of possibilities, finally, March 18, 2004, Ingenian Software ltda came into existence. Now all we have to do is keep it alive. Seen from a short term entirely practical point of view being a mercenary programmer might have more benefits(ecnomomically speaking) than legally creating an organization. As a matter of fact, right now Ingenian is just the sum of it's associates. However, it is a bet. It is a gamble on believing that, in the future, a company can be more than just the addition of its parts. Even if it implies paying taxes and involving one self into an evergrowing paper trail, I think it is worth it. Only time will tell.
